FlowMatix operates a strict no-refund policy. All subscription payments, whether monthly or yearly, are final and non-refundable. Please review this policy carefully before subscribing to any of our plans.
1. No Refund Policy
FlowMatix does not offer refunds for any subscription plans under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:
- Monthly subscription payments
- Yearly subscription payments
- Upgrade or downgrade fees
- Any additional service charges
- Partial billing periods
By subscribing to any FlowMatix plan, you acknowledge and accept that all payments are final and non-refundable.
2. Free Trial Period
We strongly encourage all new users to start with our Free Plan, which includes:
- 100 tasks per month
- 5 active workflows
- Access to 500+ apps
- Full platform features
This allows you to thoroughly test our platform and ensure it meets your needs before committing to a paid subscription.
3. Subscription Cancellation
While we do not offer refunds, you may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Cancellation prevents future billing cycles
- You retain full access until the end of your current billing period
- No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time
- Your account will automatically downgrade to the Free Plan after the paid period ends
To cancel your subscription, log into your account and navigate to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
1. Log into your FlowMatix dashboard
2. Go to Settings → Subscription
3. Click Cancel Plan
4. Confirm your cancellation
4. Technical Issues
Even in cases of technical difficulties or service disruptions, refunds will not be provided. However, we are committed to resolving any technical issues promptly:
- Contact our support team at support@flowmatix.online
- We provide 24/7 technical support for all paid plan users
- Most issues are resolved within 24 hours
- In case of extended service disruption, we may offer service credits at our discretion
5. Billing Disputes
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact our billing team immediately at support@flowmatix.online with:
- Your account email address
- Transaction ID or invoice number
- Description of the billing issue
- Any relevant screenshots or documentation
We will investigate all legitimate billing disputes within 7 business days. If an error is confirmed, we will issue appropriate credits or corrections.
6. Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time:
- Upgrades: Take effect immediately; you will be charged the prorated difference
- Downgrades: Take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
- No refunds are provided when downgrading plans
7. Service Credits
While we do not offer refunds, FlowMatix may, at our sole discretion, issue service credits in exceptional circumstances:
- Extended service outages (beyond 24 hours)
- Critical bugs affecting core functionality
- Confirmed billing errors
Service credits can only be used toward future FlowMatix services and cannot be redeemed for cash.
8. Account Termination
If your account is terminated by FlowMatix due to violation of our Terms of Service:
- No refunds will be issued for any remaining subscription time
- You will lose access to all workflows and data immediately
- You may not be eligible to create a new account

10. Policy Updates
FlowMatix reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
